Each serviced office at Cloud Spaces comes fully furnished, with a dedicated desk, chair, and pedestal for each person.

Water, electricity, maintenance, cleaning, fast and unlimited Wi-Fi and reception services are also included, along with access to state-of-the-art boardrooms and photography & recording studios.

Finally, every serviced office comes with 24/7 access, so you are free to pop in and use it whenever you need to.

Our flexible working office spaces come with just one monthly payment that covers rent and all outgoings, including water, maintenance, electricity, and cleaning.

With the first month’s rent every client also needs to pay a refundable security deposit and a one-time set up fee per person which covers the furniture, Wi-Fi connection and access card.

Yes, you can issue or renew your license from our serviced offices and coworking offices.  

All our semi-private spaces (cubicles, bubbles, and pods) and private offices come with a Tawtheeq number that allows you to apply for a trade license and legally set up your business.  

We will check that your company activities are listed under the approved categories for Cloud Spaces, as provided by the Department of Economic Development.

Visitors are more than welcome at Cloud Spaces.

Our receptionist will greet them, take their details, and inform you of their arrival.

You can then meet them in your own serviced office, the coworking spaces or in one of the boardrooms that can be booked and reserved in advance.

The rates of our offices vary depending on which one you choose. Rates start from AED 1,395 for a one-person Cloud Desk, and range up to AED 4,500 for a private serviced office.

A semi-private coworking office (such as Cloud Desks, cubicles, bubbles and pods) is a one-person workstation that isn’t lockable. You will have 24/7 access to your dedicated space, two hours per month complimentary usage of meeting rooms, and the opportunity to register/renew your trade license along with one visa application.

Meanwhile, our private serviced offices are lockable and offer total privacy. You will have 24/7 access to your dedicated space, four hours per month complimentary usage of meeting rooms, and the number of visa applications depends on the size and capacity of the office.

If you have a dedicated serviced office space in one location, you are welcome to use the shared coworking spaces in our other branches during business hours.

Our private serviced offices are all different and unique.

They vary in capacity, the amount of natural light provided, and whether they offer external views or internal mall views.
